We value your satisfaction. If within 7 days of receiving your item(s) you decide you do not want your item(s) for any reason, give our customer service department a call and we may refund you your money based on our return policy agreement.
The following is our Return Policy Agreement:
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. A copy of your original invoice must be included in a return shipment.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging within 7 days in a new and re-sellable condition.
- This return policy does not apply to items that have had alterations or signs of abuse or negligence.
- All packaging materials, instruction manuals, and parts must be returned. Any damages will be deducted from your refund amount.
- We do not accept any returned item(s) that has any sustained damages.
- A 25% restocking fee will be applied.
- If you have received your item(s) for more than 7 days and have used it, you will not be eligible to return it for refund or replacement.
- In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain our prices, our shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes the outbound and returns shipping costs. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund.
- Unauthorized returns are subject to a variable restock fees based on the condition.
- Orders may be canceled only if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 7 business days. You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. However, you will be charged a 6% cancellation fee.
